Associate, Farida Kamal, receives ECAS certificate in Factoring Processes and the Role of Arbitration in Settling the Disputes

In line with such beliefs, we are delighted to share that our Associate, Farida Kamal, has successfully completed the Factoring Processes and the Role of Arbitration in Settling the Disputes Arising in Relation to the Factoring Processes’ course offered by The Egyptian Center for Arbitration and Settlement of Non-Banking Financial Disputes (ECAS)under the auspicious of the financial Regulatory Authority (FRA). The course covered several topics including an overview of the factoring processes, its role as a corporate financing tool, and its parties, services, types, dangers, and benefits, while also covering the differences between international and national factoring and between factoring and other processes, and lastly, the course also covered reverse factoring and its benefits. It was an enlightening and knowledgeable experience on this important financing tool. We thank Marian Kaldas, Amr Badawy, Amr Abbas, Ahmed Youssef and Ahmed Shahin for the effort put on this matter.
